Frank Macri is the Founder of Thriving Coach Academy. When he started his own journey as a coach over 7 years ago, Frank did not have any prior business experience or a large online following. As an introvert, he also struggled with social anxiety and avoided being in the spotlight. Yet, he discovered a unique process that allowed him to take his business from zero to multiple six figures before turning 30, making him one of the most successful Millennial coaches in the industry. Now, Frank has trained and mentored over 1,000 individuals looking to start their own coaching practices. He is also the host of the "Life Coaching Secrets” podcast.

Our Hands-On Teaching Methodology
This is not an overcrowded conference with one boring lecture after another.
The Summit is an immersive, fun experience where you will get direct support in a safe, encouraging environment.
You will never be put on the spot. With that in mind, you will have some opportunities to practice speaking in small groups.
We limit our attendance to 20 participants to ensure that our students get all the support they need throughout the weekend.
Last, we do not teach any manipulative or aggressive sales techniques. Instead, we teach you dignified marketing and selling strategies that allow you to stay in your integrity.
